Sainik School Amaravathinagar Recruitment Educational Qualification:

1. PGT – Physics:

Two years Integrated Post-Graduate M.Sc. course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in Physics, with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Or

Master’s Degree in Physics with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised university.

And

B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized university/institute.

Desirable Qualification:

1. Higher qualification in respective subject.
2. Teaching experience at Higher/Secondary level in CBSE-affiliated English Medium Residential School.
3. Proficiency/achievement in Games/Sports and other extra co-curricular activities/hobbies.
4. Proficiency in Computer Applications.
5. Aptitude for Residential School Life.

2. TGT – Maths:

Four years Integrated Degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in concerned subject, with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Or

Bachelor’s Degree in concerned subject in all three years with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

And

B.Ed or equivalent from a recognized university/institute.

CTET/STET qualified (conducted by Central/State Govt.)

Proficiency in teaching in English

Desirable Qualification:

1. Higher qualification in respective subject.
2. Teaching experience at Higher/Secondary level in CBSE-affiliated English Medium Residential School.

3. TGT – English:

2. Working experience in a Residential English Medium CBSE school with good communication skills in English and proficiency in games/sports/extra-curricular activities.-
3. 5. Band Master:

Band Master/Band Major/Drum Major Course at the AEC Training College and Centre, Pachmarhi.

Or

Equivalent Naval/Air Force College.

Desirable Qualification:

1. Previous experience in Military training institutions/military schools/Sainik schools/boarding schools.
2. Candidates having PG Diploma in Brass Bank conducting.
3. Ability to speak in English and Hindi/Tamil fluently.
4. Achievement in co-curricular/art/sports activities.

6. Counselor:

Graduate/Pot-Graduate in Psychology/Clinical Psychology.

Or

Post-Graduate in Child Development

Or

Graduate/Post-Graduate with Diploma in Career Guidance and Counselling.

Desirable Qualification:

1. Attainment in sports.
2. Experience in handling children in a residential school is preferred.

7. PEM/PTI-cum-Matron (Female):

Should have passed Intermediate or equivalent and should be able to converse fluently in English.

Desirable Qualification:

1. Ability to speak in English and Hindi/Tamil fluently.
