SAIL Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:
1. AGM (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil):
B.E./B.Tech. (full-time) in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil from Govt. a recognized university/institution.
Post-qualification experience of a minimum of 13 years in the Executive cadre in the execution of jobs in the respective relevant field as per discipline in any Manufacturing Industry/Mining Sector/Infrastructure Development Organisation.
The Industry/Organisation must be a Public Sector Undertaking/Govt. Organisation/Public Limited Company/JV of PSUs or Govt.
2. AGM (Projects):
B.E./B.Tech. (full-time) in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil from Govt. a recognized university/institution.
Post-qualification experience of a minimum of 13 years in Executive cadre in the field of Infrastructure Project Management/Execution in any Public Sector Undertaking/Govt. Organisation/Public Limited Company/JV or PSUs Govt.
3. Manager (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil):
B.Tech./B.E. (full-time) in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil from Govt. a recognized university/institution.
Postqualification experience of minimum 7 years in Executive cadre in the execution of jobs in the respective relevant field as per discipline in any Manufacturing Industry/Mining Sector/Infrastructure Development Organisation.
The Industry/Organisation must be a Public Sector Undertaking/Govt. Organisation/Public Limited Company/JV or PSUs Govt.
4. Manager (Mettallugy):
B.Tech./B.E. (full-time) in Metallurgy from Govt. a recognized university/institution.
Postqualification Experience of minimum 7 years in Executive cadre in Blast Furnace Operation/Steel Melting Shop Operation/Quality Control in any Steel Industry.
The Industry/Organisation must be a Public Sector Undertaking/Govt. Organisation/Public Limited Company/JV or PSUs Govt.
5. Manager (Mechanical – Hydraulics):
B.Tech./B.E. (full-time) in Mechanical/Mechatronics from Govt. a recognized university/institute.
Post-qualification experience of a minimum of 7 years in Execution cadre in any Steel Industry/Manufacturing Industry/Mining Sector/Oil and Gas Industry/Petro-Chemical Industry/Railways/Power Plants/Aviation Industry/Shipping Industry in the field of Mechanical maintenance and out of the such experience, the candidate must have hands-on experience of minimum 3 years in working on Hydraulic System.
The Industry/Organisation must be a Public Sector Undertaking/Govt. Organisation/Public Limited Company/JV or PSUs Govt.
6. Manager (Information Technology);
B.E./B.Tech. (full-time) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication Or MCA from Govt. a recognized university/institute.
Post qualification experience of minimum 7 years in Executive Cadre in the Information Technology field in any IT/Manufacturing Industry. Candidate must have worked in ASP Net with C#/JavaScript/CSS/Python/PHP/DBA (Oracle/MS SQL)/ABAP (SAP)/IT Security, routing and switching protocol and networking devices with OEM certification like CCNA/CCNP.
The Industry/Organisation must be a Public Sector Undertaking/Govt. Organisation/Public Limited Company/JV or PSUs Govt.
7. Manager (Mines):
B.Tech./B.E. in Mining Engineering from Govt. a recognized university/institute.
Post-qualification experience of a minimum of 7 years in Executive cadre in the field of Infrastructure Project Management/Execution in any Public Sector Undertaking/Govt. Organisation/Public limited company/JV or PSUs or Govt.
8. Manager (Projects):
B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil from Govt. a recognized university/institute.

9. Deputy Manager (P&HS):
Full-time Master’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management/Hospitality and Hotel Administration/Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Govt. a recognized university/institute.
Postqualification experience of a minimum of 4 years in Executive cadre in 3-star/above star Hotel(s) or any Corporate/Govt./PSU owned Hotels/Guest House having not less than 50 rooms.
10. Assistant Manager (Geology):
Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Master of Science and Technology (M.Sc. Tech) in Geology/Applied Geology discipline from Govt. a recognized university/institute.
Post-qualification experience of a minimum of 2 years in executive cadre in Open Cast Metalliferous Mines in the Geology/Quality Control/Mine Planning Department.
