As per the Chennai OSC Recruitment Notification Education Qualification Details are as follows:

1. Case Workers:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or Development Management. Should have 1 year of prior experience in a management setting up with government and non-government programs or projects to prevent violence against women and at least 1 year of experience in an organization or fieldwork in psychological counselling.

2. Security Guard:

Must have experience of working as a security guard in a government or reputed organization and should be local. Both males and females can apply.

3. Multi Purpose Helper:

Should have experience working in any office. Applicant should know cooking. Only local women can apply.
