NALCO Recruitment Educational Qualification:-

According to the BVFC Recruitment Notification Academic Qualifications are as below;

1 General Manager (Maintenance):-

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with 20 years post-qualification relevant executive experience in the Chemical Industry in PSU / Large Private Sector Industry, out of which 08 years should be at Senior Manager level with modern technological developments in Chemical/Fertilizer.

2. Dy. General Manager (Technical):

• Full-time Degree in Engineering with 16 years of post-qualification relevant Executive Experience in line in PSU / Large Private Sector Chemical Industry out of which at least 05 years should be at the Senior Management level with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in the Chemical Industry. Preference will be given to candidates having in-line experience in Fertilizer & Chemical Industries.

3. Chief Manager (Chemical):

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 14 years of post-qualification relevant Executive Experience in line in PSU / Large Private Sector Chemical Industry out of which at least 04 years should be at the Senior Management level with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in the Chemical Industry. Preference will be given to candidates having in-line experience in Fertilizer & Chemical Industries.

4. Chief Manager (Instt.):

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication with 14 years of post-qualification relevant Executive Experience in line in PSU / Large Private Sector Chemical Industry out of which at least 04 years should be at the Senior Management level with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in the Chemical Industry. Preference will be given to candidates having in-line experience in Fertilizer & Chemical Industries.

5. Engineer (Chemical):

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 03 years of Post-qualification executive experience in-line in a PSU / a large private sector Chemical industry. Preference will be given to candidates having in-line experience in Fertilizer & Chemical Industries.

6. Engineer (Production):

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 03 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU / a large private sector process industry. The candidate with experience in the Material Handling / Water Treatment Plant of the process industry will be preferred.
• 7. Engineer (BOE):
• Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg)/AMIE in any discipline. A BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) certificate is essential. 03 years of post-professional executive experience in process plant of State/Central Government undertakings / Private Sector Industry, as a high-pressure Boiler Operation Engineer.

8. Dy. Manager:

• Graduate with CA or ICWA with a minimum of 08 years of post-professional qualification executive experience in a PSU / Large Private Sector Organization with proven knowledge of the latest financial procedures & laws. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
