Union Bank of India Recruitment Educational Qualification:-

1. Head – Debt Syndication and Corporate Relationship:-

A Regular Post-graduate Degree in Finance from a university recognized by the GOI/Govt. bodies/AICTE. (Major/Dual specialization) Or Chartered Accountant

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Credit within which minimum 2 years of experience in Debt syndication and down selling.

Desirable:

The candidates must have sound Sales capabilities.

2. Head – Business Solution Group:

B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech. with regular/Executive MBA

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of BFSI experience within which 12 years managerial experience in tech and business expertise.

3. Head – Digital Business & Scale-up:

Regular/Executive MBA in Marketing

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of BFSI experience within which 12 years managerial experience in tech and business expertise.

4. Head – Digital Business Platforms, Tech Solutions & API Management:

B.E., B.Tech. from any university in Computer Science /Information Technology/Electronics or MCA

Regular/Executive MBA (Preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 12 years relevant experience with Tech and business expertise within which a minimum of 10 years BFSI experience in a techno-functional role (managing digital channels, and partnerships which should include a minimum of 8-10 years of managerial experience, should have managed technology delivery and digital platform).

5. Head – Digital Customer Experience:

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human-Computer interaction or a related design or behavioural science discipline (interaction, interface, service, graphic, communication design)

Experience:

Minimum 12 years of user interface design experience which should include a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in the relevant domain.

Experience and proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Azure, InVision and Illustrator

Experience working with Agile software development processes, methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello)

Qualification:

6. Head – Digital Ecosystem & Partnerships:

Regular/Executive MBA in Marketing Systems/Operations

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience which should include a minimum of 10 years of BFSI experience and 8-10 years of managerial experience in business.

7. Associate Head – Architecture & Integrations:

B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT/Electronics Or MCA

Relevant certification in Data Center Design like TOGAF, ITCA, CompTIA + etc.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in tech and business expertise which should include a minimum of 7-8 years of managerial experience, should have managed technology delivery and digital platform.

8. Associate Head – Digital PO and Digital / UX for all channels:

Regular/Executive MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree/course in CX/UI/UX.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer facing interface design domain which should include a minimum of 7-8 years managerial experience in user interface design.

Experience and proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sigma, Sketch, Azure, InVision and Illustrator.

Experience working with Agile software development processes, methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).

9. Associate Head – Marketing Technology / Operations:

Regular/Executive MBA in Marketing/Systems/Operations

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years tech expertise and business expertise (preferably in banking and Marketing technology) which should include a minimum of 7-8 years of managerial experience in the relevant domain.

10. Associate Head – Campaign Management, Measurement & Agency Management:

Regular/Executive MBA in Marketing

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business & marketing expertise (preferably in banking) which should include a minimum of 7-8 years of managerial experience in the relevant domain.

11. Associate Head – Loyalty & Rewards:

Regular/Executive MBA in Marketing

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business expertise (preferably in banking) which should include a minimum of 7-8 years of managerial experience in the relevant domain.

Qualifications:

12. Assistant Head – Architecutre and Integrations:

14. Assistant Head – Digital PO and Digital/UX for all channels:

Master’s/Bachelor’s in Design (other relevant fields like architecutre)

Experience:

Minimum 8 years customer facing interface design experience including 5-6 years of experience in managerial level in user interface design.

Experience and proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Azure, InVision and Illustrator.

Experience working with Agile software development processes, methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello)

15. Assistant Head – Marketing Technology / Operations:

Regular/Executive MBA in Marketing

Minimum 8 years tech expertise and business expertise (preferably in banking & marketing technology) including 5-6 years of managerial experience in the relevant domain.
