UCSL Recruitment Educational Qualification:-
UCSL Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.
1. Assistant Manager (Electrical Quality Control):
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of postqualification experience in Ship Building (or) Ship Repair (or) Marine related (or) Port (or) Engineering Companies (or) Government Companies / Establishment (or) Semi-Government Companies / Establishments.
- Experience shall be in the areas of Quality Control of Outfitting or Machinery or Piping or Electrical functions.
- Desirable: Experience of working in an ERP or SAP or Computerized environment.
- Experience in QMS / ISO / IMS documentation.
2. Assistant Manager (Materials):
- Essential: Minimum of 03 years of postqualification experience in any Engineering Company or Shipyard in the Materials Section / Department.
- Desirable: Warehouse or store management, inventory control, surplus or defective stock disposal etc. Liasoning with customs and experience in customs formalities for import or export experience in handling various shipping documentations.
- Experience in working in an ERP (or) SAP or computerized environment.
3. Assistant Manager (Mechanical):
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.
- Essential: Minimum 03 years of postqualification experience in Ship Building (or) Ship Repair (or) Marine related (or) Port (or) Engineering Companies (or) Government Companies / Establishment (or) Semi-Government Companies / Establishments.
- Experience shall be in the areas of Hull and Outfit functions.
- Desirable: Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment.

| The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates in the post reserved for them |
| Age relaxation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-Servicemen shall be as per the Government of India guidelines. However, in no case, the age limit after applying all age relaxations shall exceed 43 years. |

- SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of fees.

The application consists of two phases – One-time Registration and application submission against the applicable post. Applicants should not submit more than one application. Application once submitted shall be final.
Applicants meeting the notified requirements may do the one-time Registration in the SAP Online portal and submit their application. The facility to submit their application can be accessed through our website www.cochinshipyard.in (Career page→ UCSL, Malpe) or www.udupicsl.com (Career page) from 11 June 2024 to 05 July 2024. Application submitted directly or by any other mode shall not be accepted.
