TN TRB Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:-

According to the TN TRB Recruitment Notification 2024, Educational Qualifications are as follows:

1. Secondary Grade Teacher:

• (a) Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). (Or)
• Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) by the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002; (Or)
• Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.); (Or)
• Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education); (Or)
• Graduation and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known);

and

• (b) Passed in the Tamil Nadu Eligibility Test (TNTET) Paper-I Provided that a person with a diploma in education (Special Education) qualification shall undergo, after appointment, a recognized 6 months special programme in Elementary Education.

TN TRB Recruitment Selection Process:-

As per the TN TRB Recruitment Notification, the Provisional Selection list will be prepared based on the marks scored in the written examination, weightage marks and rule of reservation of appointment as per Tamil Nadu Government Service (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016.
