SECI Recruitment 2024 Notification Educational Qualification:

1. Additional General Manager (Information Technology):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering Degree in Computer Science / IT with 60% marks from a recognized institute/university and

SAP Certifications shall be preferably in HCM / ISU / PS / MM / FI / ABAP / BOBI and the certification shall be at least one year or older than the date of this recruitment notification.

Experience:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 16 years of post-qualification in-line experience in an executive position in an organisation.

2. Additional General Manager (Finance & Accounts) :

CA/CMA or

Graduate in Commerce with 2 years Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent having specialization in Finance / Banking with 60% marks from a recognized university/institute.

Experience:

Candidates should possess a minimum total of 16 years of post-qualification in-line experience in an executive position in the field of Finance & Accounts in an organization of repute out of which at least 5 years of experience in one or more areas.

3. Dy. General Manager (Finance & Accounts):

CA/CMA or

Graduate in Commerce with 2 years Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent having specialization in Finance / Banking with 60% marks from a recognized university/institute.

Experience:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 13 years of Post-qualification in-line experience in an executive position in the field of Finance & Accounts in an organization of repute out of which at least 5 years of experience in handling one or more areas.

4. Dy. General Manager (Human Resource & Administration):

Degree in any discipline and 2 years of postgraduate degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with specialization in Personnel Management / HRM / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare with 60% marks from a recognized university/institute.

Experience:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 13 years of post-qualification in-line experience in an executive position in an organization of repute handling Manpower Planning / Recruitment and selection / Training and skill Development / Competency and Leadership Mapping / Performance Management / HR Branding / Employee Relations and welfare / Compliance of statutory requirement including Labour Laws / Implementation of HR Policies, out of which the applicant should have 5 years of experience in General Administration Activities / Liaisoning / Protocol etc.

5. Dy. General Manager (PMC – Civil):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) in Civil Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized university/institute.

Experience:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 13 years of post-qualification in-line experience in an executive position in an organization of repute in designing various civil structures, design of steel and RCC superstructure, foundations, fabrication of steel members e.g. beam, column, bracing. Candidate should be conversant with relevant and latest IS Codes/Engg Software – Staad-pro / Tekla / ANSYS etc. Candidate should have handled infrastructure projects of value not less than 500 crores.

6. Dy. General Manager (Project Monitoring):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) in Civil Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized university/institute.

Experience:

Candidate should possess a minimum of 14 years of post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organization of repute in handling activities related to Project Monitoring, planning and Management using project portfolio Management Software.

7. Deputy Manager (Human Resource and Administration):

Degree in any discipline and 2 years of post-graduate degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with specialization in Personnel Management / HRM / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare with 60% marks from a recognized institute/university

Or

Post-graduate degree/diploma of minimum two years duration in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies with 60% marks or equivalent CDPA from a recognized institute/university.

Experience:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organization of repute in two or more areas.

8. Dy. Manager (Project – Electrical):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) in Electrical Engineering including with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized university/institute.

Experience:

Candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organization of repute in the construction of power generation/power transmission and distribution/industrial projects out of which at least 2 years of experience in installation, testing and commissioning of solar/wind power plant. Candidate should have completed at least one project of installation, testing and commissioning of Solar Power Projects of 100 MW and above.

9. Deputy Manager (Project – Civil):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) in Civil Engineering including with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized university/institute.

Experience:

Candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organization of repute in the construction of power generation/power transmission and distribution/industrial projects out of which at least 2 years of experience in installation, testing and commissioning of solar/wind power plant. Candidate should have completed at least one project of installation, testing and commissioning of Solar Power Projects of 100 MW and above.

10. Dy. Manager (Corporate Communication):

Post-graduate degree or Post-graduate Diploma in Communication / Advertising and Communication Management / Public Relations / Marketing / Mass Communication / Journalism with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/institute.

Experience:

Candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organization of repute in public relations/corporate communication functions/Media management. The candidate should have handled digital media with various connected agencies.

11. Dy. Manager (Corporate Monitoring):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) in any discipline with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/institute.

Two years of full-time MBA/PGDM (Marketing or Finance or a combination of both / Power Management / Strategic Management / Corporate Strategy) is desirable.

Experience:

Candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organization of repute in the field of Business Planning or Corporate Strategy / Corporate planning and monitoring within the organization.

Candidate should have to know how of Business decisions using NPV/IRR/Policy Advocacy etc in an organization of repute.

Qualification

12. Dy. Manager (IT – Cyber Security):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg) Degree Computer Science / IT / Masters in Computer Application with 60% marks from a recognized university/institute. and

CISSP/CISM/CISA/CCNP Security certification, which shall be at least one year or older than the date of this recruitment notification.

Experience:

Candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organization of repute in IT systems and network administration out of which a minimum of one year of experience in cyber security handling.

13. Dy. Manager (IT – ERP):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) Degree in Computer Science / IT / Master in Computer Application with 60% marks from a recognized institute/university and

SAP Certifications shall be preferably in HCM / ISU / PS / MM / FI / ABAP / BOBI and the certification shall be at least one year or older to the date of this recruitment notification.

14. Dy. Manager (PMC – Electrical):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) in Electrical Power Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale from a recognized university/institution.

Experience:

Candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organization of repute in designing, installing and testing electrical equipment and systems in power projects. Candidates should know electrical design standards and codes. The candidate should have worked as an above requirement on a power project of 50 MW and above. Experience in DNV/WAsP/PVSyst/PVcase/ETAP will be an added advantage.

15. Sr. Officer (Human Resource & Administration):

Degree in any discipline and 2 years post-graduate degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with specialization in Personnel Management / HRM / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare with 60% marks from a recognized institute/university

Or

Post-graduate degree / Diploma of a minimum of two years duration Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized institute/university.

Experience:

The candidate should possess a minimum of one year post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organisation of repute dealing with Personnel and Administration matters, preferably in any of the following areas – Establishment matters / Policy Advocacy / Industrial Relations / Recruitment and Promotion / Manpower planning / Performance Appraisal System / General Administration activities / Statutory Compliance and other related matters.

16. Sr. Accounts Officer:

CA or CMA or 2 years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/institute.

Experience: The candidate should possess a minimum of one-year post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organisation of repute in any of the following areas – Resource Mobilization / Budgeting and Costing / Commercial Finance / MIS / Internal Control / Payroll Processing / Power Trading Audit and Taxation / Accounting / Financial Reporting / Treasury Management etc.

Educational Qualification

17. Sr.Engineer (IT):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) degree in Computer Science / IT / Master in Computer Application with 60% marks from a recognized institute/university.

Experience:

The candidate should possess a minimum of one year post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an organisation of repute handling either of the following areas – Network device (router, switch, UTM/Firewall) administration and management data/device backup management / Windows / Linux Server administration/database management and Active directory domain services (AD DS) management / Software / Website / Application development and maintenance.

18. Sr. Engineer (Power System):

B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) degree in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CDPA on a point scale from a recognized university/institute.

Experience:

The candidate should possess a minimum of one-year post-qualification inline experience in an executive position in an area of design and engineering/project management/construction/erection, testing and commissioning in an organization of repute handling large-scale power generation/transmission/distribution projects.

19. Secretarial Officer:

Candidate should be an Associate Member of Company Secretary of India. (ACS).

Experience:

The candidate should possess a minimum of one-year post-qualification experience in an organisation of repute preferably in a listed company in organizing and conducting Board Meetings/preparation of agenda/minutes/ATRs/calling and conducting the Annual General Meetings/assistance in Directors’ Reports/Charman’s Speech/compliance with all other statutory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable statutory regulations.

20. Junior Accountant:

CA (Inter / IPCC) or CMA (Inter)

Experience:

Candidate should possess a minimum of 01-year inline post-qualification experience in an organization of repute dealing day to day-to-day transactions of Finance and Accounts/Book keeping/database/bank balance/taxation/payroll etc.

21. Supervisor (Personnel and Administration):

Graduate with 55% marks and two years Post-graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and or Industrial Relations/Labour Laws/Human Resource Management from a recognized institute/university with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Experience:

Candidate should possess a minimum of 01-year inline experience in an organization of repute dealing with Personnel and Administration matters preferably in any of the following areas – in handling Administration/Establishment matters/IR issues/Labour welfare activity/statutory compliance/Human Resource Management etc.

22. Supervisor (Civil):

Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institute/Board/university.

Experience:

Candidate should possess a minimum 01-year post-qualification inline experience in an organization of repute handling civil and structural works of projects/construction sites.
