SBI Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.

1. Research Analyst-Forex:

• MBA (Finance) (or) PGDBM (Finance) or PGDM (Finance) from a recognized university/institute. (or)
• CFA / CA / CAIA / Cost Accountants (CMA erstwhile ICWA) with graduation.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of macro-economic research or Forex / Fixed income markets in Corporate / Non-Corporate Organisations / Research firms / Brokerage firms / Banks / NBFCs / Mutual Funds.
• Special Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English.

2. Research Analyst-Equity:

• MBA (Finance) (or) PGDBM (Finance) or PGDM (Finance) from a recognized university/institute. (or)
• CFA / CA / CAIA / Cost Accountants (CMA erstwhile ICWA) with graduation.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Equity Research in Corporate / Non-Corporate Organizations / Research firms / Brokerage firms / Banks / NBFCs / Mutual Funds.
• Special Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English.

3. Research Analyst-Private Equity:

• MBA (Finance) (or) PGDBM (Finance) or PGDM (Finance) from a recognized university/institute. (or)
• CFA / CA / CAIA / Cost Accountants (CMA erstwhile ICWA) with graduation.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Private Equity or Private Equity Research in Corporate / Non-Corporate Organizations / Research firms / Brokerage firms / Banks / NBFCs / Mutual Funds or in a Private Equity Firm / Venture Capital Funds.

SBI Recruitment Salary Details:-

• CTC Negotiation will be done individually, with the candidates in order of the merit list drawn based on marks obtained in the interview. CTC Range- Rs.20-24 lacs (However, depending on the current CTC of the selected candidate, the CTC Negotiation Committee may fix a CTC below Rs.20.00 lacs if required). CTC will be bifurcated into Fixed Pay and Variable Pay in an 80:20 ratio.

• For General categories – ₹.750/-.
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of fees.

SBI Selection Process:-

As per the SBI Recruitment 2024 Notification PDF:

• The selection will be based on shortlisting and an interview.

• Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right to the candidate to be called for an interview.
• Merit List: The Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in the Interview only. In case, more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks, such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order of merit.
