NJA Recruitment 2024 Notification Educational Qualification Details.

1. Additional Director (Research and Training):

• A person shall not be qualified for appointment as an Additional Director (Research and Training) unless he is a citizen of India and is a distinguished academician with teaching experience of not less than fifteen years including experience as a Professor of Law of not less than five years and has published research articles on the subject related to law.
• 2. Assistant Professor:
• Doctorate with a good academic record and at least three years of experience with good research/teaching record or development work, outside the work for degrees as evinced by research publications in the journal of repute and/or developmental project report.
• Experience in a training Academy shall be a desirable qualification. (or)
• A Judicial Officer in the rank of Additional District Judge with LLM and with 5 years experience as a Judicial Officer.

3. Electrician:

• ITI certificate course in Electrician trade with not less than 60% marks and should possess a domestic and industrial license issued by the State Licensing Authority. At least two years of experience in a similar nature of service.
• Desirable experience: In operation and maintenance of 33 KV substation. One-year trade apprenticeship training in any industry and a National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training.

4. Fitter cum Pump Operator:

• ITI certificate course in Plumber / Fitter trade with not less than 60% marks. 02 years of experience in a similar nature of service. Desirable experience – One year of trade apprenticeship training in any industry and a National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training.
