Analogous possessing a Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university withholding:-
Post in the Central Government or State Government or courts or tribunals with five years regular service in pre-revised pay band – 3, Rs.15600 – 39100/- with grade pay of Rs.7600/- i.e. Level 12 in the Pay Matrix; (or)
Post in the Central Government or State Government or courts or tribunals with ten years regular service in pre-revised pay band – 3, Rs.15600 – 39100/- with grade pay of Rs.6600/- i.e. Level 11 in the Pay Matrix.
