NGEL Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:-

NGEL Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.

1. Engineer (RE-Civil):

• B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 03 years post-qualification experience in Geotech / Pilling / Foundation / Structural Steel / Tower Structures / Switch Yard etc. Candidates with RE experience will be preferred.

2. Engineer (RE-Electrical):

• B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience in Switchyard / Electrical Testing / Transmission System / Transformer. Candidates with RE experience will be preferred.

3. Engineer (RE-Mechanical):

• B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution. Preference will be given to candidates with M.E./M. Tech. degree.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification Industry experience with involvement in Supervision / Execution in hazardous locations. Candidates with RE experience will be preferred.

4. Executive (RE-HR):

• Graduates with at least 2 years of full-time post-graduate degree/post-graduate diploma/post-graduate programme in Management with specialization in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience in HR functions / Industrial Relations. Candidates with knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Data Analytics will be preferred.

5. Engineer (RE-CDM):

• Graduate Engineering degree in any discipline or Master’s degree in Environment Science / Environment Engineering / Environment Management from a recognized university/institute.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years post-qualification experience in the field of consulting in one or more of the following areas: Registration and verification under GHG reduction programs, Emission Trading, Carbon Neutrality, Climate change and Sustainability, Developing Decarbonisation strategy for energy/power.

NGEL Recruitment 2024:

6. Executive (RE-Finance);

• Qualified CA/CMA.
• Experience: Minimum 01-year post-qualification experience (including article ship period) in the area of Finance/Accounts.

7. Engineer (RE-IT):

• B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in Communication and Networking devices like LAN, WAN, Switches Telephone Exchange, Audio/Visual Systems, Database Administrator, Web Designing, Handling or Servers, PC, Printer and IT Hardware.

8. Executive (RE-CC):

• Post-graduate degree/diploma in Journalism / Advertisement & Public Relations / Mass Communication with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience working in a Govt / PSU / Private company of repute in the relevant area. Should have handled Corporate Communication / Public Relations, should have knowledge of Advertisement / Media, Audio-visual publicity, and manage media coverage.

• For General / EWS / OBC categories – ₹.500/-.
• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
