NFL Recruitment Educational Qualification:-
1. Manager (Production):
Full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg) in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Chemical Process Technology with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE / UGC approved institutions Or AMIE in Chemical Engineering from Government recognized institute.
Post-qualification of 11 years of experience in operating an ammonia urea fertiliser complex.
2. Manager (Production):
Full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg) in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Chemical Process Technology with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE / UGC approved institutions Or AMIE in Chemical Engineering from Government recognized institute.
Post-qualification 01 year of experience in erection and/or commissioning and/or operation of Ammonia-urea Fertilizer complex/Continuous Industry/Petroleum Refinery.
3. Manager (Mechanical):
Full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg) in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE / UGC approved institutions Or AMIE in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized institute.
Post-qualification of 11 years of experience in maintenance of Ammonia-urea fertiliser complex/Continuous Process chemical or Petrochemical Industry/Petroleum Refinery.
4. Engineer (Mechanical):
Full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg) in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE / UGC approved institutions Or AMIE in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized institute.
Post-qualification of 01-year experience in erection and/or commissioning and/or maintenance of ammonia-urea fertilizer complex/continuous process chemical or petrochemical industry/petroleum refinery/power plant.
NFL Qualifications:
5. Engineer (Instrumentation):
Full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg) in Instrumentation / Instrumentation and control / Electronics Instrumentation and control / Instrumentation and Electronics / Electronics and Instrumentation / Industrial Instrumentation / Electronics and Communication / Electronics and control / Electronics / Electronics and Electrical with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE / UGC approved institutions Or AMIE in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized institute.
Post-Qualification of 1-year experience in operation and/or maintenance of instrumentation systems in ammonia-urea fertilizer complex petrochemical industry/petroleum refinery/power plant.
6. Sr. Chemist (Chemical Lab):
Full-time M.Sc. in Chemistry / Inorganic Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Physical Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) from AICTE / UGC approved institutions Or AMIE in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized institute.
Post-qualification of 1-year of experience in NABL accredited Lab in the field of “TESTING” with discipline as “CHEMICAL” Or Control Laboratory attached to Ammonia-Urea Fertilizer complex / Straight or Complex Fertilizer Industry / Continuous process Chemical Industry or Petro Chemical Industry / Petroleum Refinery.
7. Accounts Officer:
Bachelor’s Degree with a pass in the final examination of CA/ICWA/CMA from the Institute of Charted Accountant of India (ICAI) / The Institute of Cost Accountant of India Or 2 years of full-time/regular MBA / PGDM / PGDBM with major specialization in Finance / Finance Management with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates).

8. Medical Officer (Medicine):
MBBS Degree
A Minimum of 1 year of Professional experience in the Medicines field from a minimum of 15 added Hospitals / Medical Colleges / Hospitals in a large Industrial complex on a permanent or temporary basis.
9. Medical Officer (Paediatrics):
MBBS Degree
A Minimum of 1 year of Professional experience in the Paediatrics field from a minimum of 15 added Hospitals / Medical Colleges / Hospitals in a large Industrial complex on a permanent or temporary basis.
9. Transporation Officer:
Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg) in Material Science / Material Science and Technology / Material Science and engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (50% marks for SC / ST / PwBD / Departmental candidates) from AICTE/UGE approved institutions Or a minimum of 60% marks (50% marks for SC / ST / PwBD / Departmental candidates) in 2 years full-time regular MBA / PG Degree / PGDM / PGDBM from universities/institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE with specialization in Material Management / Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management.
A minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience in handling transportation activities viz. rake handling in sidings/coordination with Railways/Dispatches through road transport in Fertilizer Chemical / Petro Chemical / Hydrocarbon / Power / Cement / Manufacturing Industries / Railways / Metro services.
NFL Qualifications:
10. Assistant Manager (Marketing);
A minimum of 60% marks (50% marks for SC / ST / PwBD / Departmental candidates) in 2 years full-time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM in Marketing / Agri Business Marketing / Rural Management / Foreign Trade / International Marketing from Universities/Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE Or B.Sc. in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks (50% marks for SC / ST / PwBD / Departmental candidates) in m.Sc. Agriculture with specialization any discipline of Agriculture from a universities/institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE/ICAR.
A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification in-line marketing experience in the sale of agri inputs like seeds, fertilizers, organic / biofertilizers, Agrochemicals etc in the rural market. Or Experience in International Marketing / Fertilizers and Imports. Or Experience in Seed Production, Processing and Marketing Or Experience in Soil and Water analysis, Handling Soil testing equipment including Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer Or Experience in Field of Laboratory Research in the field of agriculture Or Experience in selling crop care products (pesticides / Bio Pesticides / Plant Growth Promoters).
11. Senior Manager (HR):
A minimum of 60% marks (50% marks for SC / ST / PwBD / Departmental candidates) in 2 years full-time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM integrated MBA, from a university/institute recognized by UGC/AICTE with specialization in Human Resource / Personal Management and Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development / Human Resource Development and Management / Labour Laws and Personnel Management.
A minimum of 15 years of Post-qualification inline executive experience in any Government Organization, PSU, Joint Ventures (State / Central Government or Undertakings), Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Bodies or any Private sector Organization.
