MOIL Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:-

MOIL Recruitment 2024 Notification Educational Qualification Details.

1. Graduate Trainee – Mines:

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Mining or equivalent from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

2. Graduate Trainee – Mechanical:

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

3. Graduate Trainee – Electrical:

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunications / Power or equivalent from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

4. Graduate Trainee – Geology:

• Post-graduate in Geology / Applied Geology with a minimum of 60% marks.

5. Graduate Trainee – Process:

• i) Chemical: B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
• ii) Metallurgy: B.E. / B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
• iii) Mineral Processing: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mineral Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

6. Management Trainee – Materials:

• Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
• MBA in Materials Management / Postgraduate Diploma in Materials Management or equivalent from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

MOIL Recruitment 2024 Notification:

7. Management Trainee – Contract Management:

• Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent with an MBA in Finance / Materials Management or a minimum of 02 years PG Diploma in Finance / Materials Management from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

8. Management Trainee – Personal/Welfare:

• P.G.Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with a minimum of 60% of marks. (Or)
• P.G.Degree / Diploma in IRPM / Master in Labour Studies from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
• MBA with specialization in Personnel Management / HR / HRD from a university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

9. Management Trainee – Finance & Accounts:

• CA / ICWA / CMA from a recognized institute.

10. Manager – Survey:

1. Graduate from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
2. Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
3. Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).
4. A minimum of 02 years of experience in Surveying underground mining out of which 02 years experience (1 year for internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) i.e. Rs.40000 – 140000 or equivalent (IDA) (OR)
5. Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 60% of marks along with Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).
6. A minimum of 04 years experience in Surveying underground mining out of which 02 years experience (1 year for internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) i.e. Rs.40000 – 140000 or equivalent (IDA).
7. For the candidates from the private sector, CTC should be a minimum of Rs.9.10 lakh per annum.

• For General / EWS / OBC categories – Rs.590/- (including GST)
• Rs.250/- for Women / SC / ST / OBC / PwD / EWS candidates.
• SC / ST / PwBD / ExSM Departmental candidates are not required to pay any application fee.
