- Persons under Central Government / State Government / Union Territories / Public Sector Undertakings / Autonomous Bodies:-
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis; or with 6 years regular service in the scale of ₹.5200-20200, GP 2800 or equivalent or With 10 years regular service in the scale of pay of ₹.5200-20200, GP 2400 or equivalent.
