IMSc Chennai Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:-

IMSc Chennai Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.

1. Project Assistant:

Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics (or) Life Sciences from a reputed university or institute.
Qualified a National level examination CSIR JRF/NET or GATE or have research publications, and
Research work relevant to the project. Knowledge of either Network Science, Data Science, Chemical Spaces, or Manual Curation of Biological Datasets is desirable.

2. Project Assistant:

Master’s Degree in Science or Engineering from a reputed university or institute.
Qualified a National level examination CSIR JRF/NET or GATE or have research publications, and
Research work relevant to the project is desirable.

3. Project Associate:

Candidate should have a Ph.D., degree in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics or Life Sciences from a reputed university or institute.
Knowledge of either Network Science, Data Science, Chemical Spaces, or Manual Curation of Biological Datasets is desirable.

4. Project Assistant:

The candidate should have a B.Tech. or higher degree in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics or Biotechnology or Life Sciences from a reputed university or institute and research experience in computational biology.
Knowledge of either Network Science, Data Science, Chemical Spaces, or Manual Curation of Biological Datasets is desirable.

IMSc Recruitment 2024:

5. Project Assistant:

Three years B.Sc. Degree in Hotel & Catering Management from a reputed College / Institution / University approved by the Government with a minimum of 50% marks. (or)
M.Sc. with 50% marks with relevant experience.

6. Project Assistant (Webpage Developer):

Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Physics / Mathematics / Computer Science / IT) Or Computer Applications.
Master’s Degree in Science (Physics / Mathematics / Computer Science / IT) Or Computer Applications Or Engineering (Computer Science / ECE / EEE / IT) from a reputed College / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters.
Proficiency in Web Design and Web Application Development using PHP, AJAX, JQUERY, JS, Postgre SQL, and Mysql.

7. Project Associate (Science Communication):

PhD in Science, Mathematics or a related field from a recognized University or Institution.
At least 2 years of experience in Scientific research post-Ph.D.

8. Project Scientific Officer B:

M.Sc. in (Science / Mathematics / Science Education) or a related field from a recognized university or institute.
Three years of experience in Educational Material Development, translation, teaching and education research post-M.Sc.

9. Clerk A:

Full-time Graduate with an aggregate of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA of any recognized University or Institute.
The candidate should be familiar with the use of computers and their applications. For example MS Word processing software, email etc.

10. Administrative Trainee:

Any a Bachelor’s Degree with first class and with good English knowledge.
Should have passed out during 2022 & 2023 only.
The candidate should possess good working knowledge of MS Office & email operations & Accounting procedures.

Salary
1. Project Assistant – Rs.46,500/-
2. Project Associate – Rs.73,500/-
