IIT Madras Recruitment 2024 Notification Educational Qualification Details.

1. Project Associate:

• 4-year UG / Any Non-engineering Post-graduate Engineering.

Experience:

02 or more years of experience of working in administration, university/college, or other similar engagement.

Desirability:

• The candidate must have excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. They must also be proficient in the Microsoft suite.
• Experience of working in an international higher educational organization or a similar environment is preferred.
• The profile is for short-term mobility and placement at IITM’s Zanzibar campus for promotional activities.

2. Communication Specialist:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Science Writing, or a related field.
• Experience of 5-8 years with proven experience in a communication role, preferably within a research or academic setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful development of newsletters, reports, and other communication materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
• Experience using graphic design software.
• Photography/videography experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sustainability, Energy Transition Technologies and the ability to grasp scientific concepts is an added advantage.
