IIT Madras Recruitment Educational Qualification:-
1. Lead – Skilling:
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. Degree in any Engineering discipline with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university/institution.
Experience: At least 10 years of work experience (preferably in the Automotive Industry or Engineering company).
Good computer skills (including Microsoft Office Tools). Good written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills. Exposure and awareness of the eMobility domain will be an added advantage.
Experience in the Training and Development domain will be an added advantage.
