IISc Recruitment Educational Qualification:-
1. Deputy Project Engineer (Civil):
Essential Qualification:
M.e./M.Tech. in Civil Engineering with 55% marks from a recognized university/institution.
Experience:
8 years of experience as an Assistant Project Engineer (APE) or an equivalent post in Government/Autonomous bodies/PSU with a grade pay of Rs.5400/-. However, those serving/served as Assistant Project Engineer on regular employment or deputation at the institute for at least 8 years with M.E./M.Tech. and exemplary service record can also apply (age limit is not applicable). Those having at least 8 years of experience in the relevant field as Senior level Engineer for infrastructure development/management in the private sector such as corporate/private industries or reputed infrastructure firms or builders/institutions can also apply.
Desirable Experience:
Experience in the development, or operation or maintenance of a modern academic or corporate or similar infrastructure. Familiarity with modern practices in Civil constructions and Electrical power systems.
2. Deputy Project Engineer (Electrical):
8 years of experience as an Assistant Project Engineer (APE) or an equivalent post in Government/Autonomous bodies/PSU with a grade pay of Rs.5400/-. However, those serving/served as Assistant Project Engineer on regular employment or on deputation at the institute for at least 8 years with M.e./M.Tech. and exemplary service record can also apply (age limit is not applicable). Those having at least 8 years of experience in the relevant field as Senior level Engineer for infrastructure development/management in the private sector such as corporate/private industries or reputed infrastructure firms or builders/institutions can also apply.
Desirable Experience:
Experience in the execution of construction and maintenance of large campuses.
