IDEX Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.
1. Program Director:
- Master’s Degree in Science / Management / Technology or equivalent with 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. (or)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Management / Technology or equivalent with 12 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Experience:
- Experience in the domains of Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
- Business development / creating strategic partnerships.
- Program Management.
- Consulting / Collaboration & Partner Management / HR.
- Communication and Outreach.
- Design and implementation of challenges, hackathons, schemes etc.
- Product Management.
- IT Operations.
- Project management or relevant experience in product development in a Start-up or any manufacturing industry.
- Finances / Estimation / Accounting.
2. Program Executive:
- Master’s Degree in Science / Management / Technology or equivalent with 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. (or)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Management / Technology or equivalent with 04 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Experience:
- Experience in the domains of Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
- Business development / creating strategic partnerships.
- Program Management.
- Consulting / Collaboration & Partner Management / HR.
