ICAR-IARI Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.

1. JRF / Project Associate I:

Essential: Master’s Degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding / Genetics and Plant Breeding / Agricultural Biotechnology or Post-graduate degree in basic Sciences (Botany and allied sciences) selected through a process described through any one of the following. Molecular Biology / Biotechnology / Botany / any relevant discipline of life sciences with 04 years/05years of Bachelor’s Degree.

Scholars who are selected through the National Eligibility Test CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
The selection process through the National level examinations conducted by the Central Government and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc (as per the DST guidelines vide SR/S9/Z-08/2018 dated 30.01.2019)

Desirable:

Research experience in wheat breeding and bioinformatics.
