GRSE Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.

1. Design Assistant – Hull & Hull Outfit / Forward Design Group:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2. Design Assistant – Electrical:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

3. Supervisor – Material Management / Import:

• Graduate in any discipline with a) Diploma in any field of Management or equivalent. b) Customs clearance license holder.

4. Supervisor – Digital Branding:

• Graduate with a Diploma / PG Diploma having a minimum of 01-year duration or equivalent in Computer / IT / Networking etc. or Bachelors in Computer Application / Computer Science or B.Sc. in Computer Application / Computer Science / IT.
• 5. Supervisor – Indigenization:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

6. Supervisor – Human Resources & Admin:

• Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma / PG Diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline like HRM / HRD / IR / Labour Welfare / Labour Laws / Training & Development etc. or Bachelor of Business Management.
• 60% in marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for SC) in both graduation and diploma / PG Diploma, BBA, and BBM (as applicable).

7. Supervisor – Finance:

• a) Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma / PG Diploma in Finance or equivalent or CMA (inter) / CA (inter) or M.Com. 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in both Graduation and Diploma / PG Diploma / M.Com.

8. Engine Technician – Electrical:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics & Telecom Engineering or equivalent. 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Fixed Term Employment:

1. Supervisor – Mechanical:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Supervisor – Electrical:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics & Telecom Engineering or equivalent. 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

3. Supervisor – Hull & Hull Outfit:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Naval Architecture / Shipbuilding / Shipwright or equivalent or B.Sc. Shipbuilding & Repair.

4. Design Architect – Mechanical:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for PwBD).

5. Supervisor – Mechanical:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for PwBD).

6. Supervisor – Electrical:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for PwBD).

7. Supervisor – Dock:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Civil / Naval Architecture / Shipbuilding or B.Sc. Shipbuilding & Repair / B.Sc. Nautical Science with a certificate of competency as Master, First Mate or Secong Mate of a foreign going ship recognized by the Government of India. 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in Diploma in Engineering / B.Sc. (as applicable).

8. Supervisor – Safety:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in any discipline with degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the Gover of WB / Govt. of Jharkhand or Graduate in Physics and Chemistry with Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the Gover of WB / Govt. of Jharkhand. 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in both Graduation and Degree / Diploma in Industrial Safety (as applicable).

10. Supervisor – Civil:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 60% marks (55% of marks for OBC, SC) or equivalent CGPA.

11. Supervisor – Finance:

• Graduate in any Discipline with a Diploma / PG Diploma in Finance or equivalent or CMA (Inter) / CA (Inter) or M.Com. 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in both Graduation and Diploma / PG Diploma / M.Com.

12. Supervisor – Naval Architecture:

• Diploma in Naval Architecture / Shipbuilding / Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering / Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering or equivalent or B.Sc. Shipbuilding & Repair. 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

13. Supervisor – HR & Admin:

• Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma / PG Diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline like HRM / HRD / IR / Labour Welfare / Labour Laws / Training & Development etc. or Bachelor of Business Administration / Bachelor of Business Management. 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for OBC, SC, and PwBD) in both Graduation and Diploma / PG Diploma, BBA, and BBM (as applicable).

14. Supervisor – Pharmacy:

• Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent. 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

15. Supervisor – Security:

• Graduation in any discipline with a Diploma in Security Management or equivalent. 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in both Graduation and Diploma.
• For Defence Services / Paramilitary forces / State police forces personnel with a minimum of 15 years of service, the requirement of a Diploma in Security Management qualification is exempted.

• For General categories – ₹.472/-.
• SC/ST/PwBD/Inter candidates are exempted from payment of fees.

GRSE Selection Process:-

As per the GRSE Recruitment notification:

• Screening based on years of relevant experience, % of marks in qualifying examinations etc. at the discretion of GRSE management can be carried out for shortlisting candidates for written tests.
• The selection method will be based on a Written Test and a Practical (Trade) Test.
