1. Senior Manager – Mechanical:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 09 years of executive experience in Maintenance / Consultancy / Projects / Construction / Fabrication departments in Mechanical field in large engineering firms / Construction firms / Government / Defence Services, of which last 3 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scale of pay E3 position one level E4 grade in scale of pay E3 Rs.60000 – 180000 or equivalent / Higher grade or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs per annum.

2. Senior Manager – Marketing:

Two years post-graduate Degree in Agriculture or Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) Or Two years Postgraduate Post-diploma in Management / Agri-Business Management) with 09 years of executive experience in Trading / Sales / Marketing of products in Large Fertiliser / Chemical / Agro field industries of which last 3 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scale of pay E3 position one level E4 grade in the scale of pay E3 Rs.60000 – 180000 or equivalent / Higher grade or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs per annum.

8. Mechanical Trainee – Instrumentation:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (in Instrumentation or Instrumentation and Control or Electronics and Instrumentation or Electrical and Instrumentation), with 60% marks.

9. Management Trainee – Civil:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.

10. Management Trainee – Fire & Safety:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Fire & Safety with 60% marks.

11. Management Trainee – Marketing:

14. Management Trainee – Materials

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Or) 02 years postgraduate degree in any discipline (including Business Management) (Or) 02 years postgraduate diploma in Management, with 60% marks.

15. Technician (Process):

B.Sc. degree in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry (OR) Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology (including Petrochemical Technology) and 02 years of experience in the Operation / Analytical Field / Quality Control / Chemical Control / Process Control / R&D in a large Fertilizer / Chemical / Petrochemical Plant.
In the absence of suitable candidates with the prescribed experience of 02 years, candidates with the prescribed qualification and one to two years of prescribed experience will be considered. Against reserved posts, SC/ST candidates without experience will also be considered in the absence of the candidates with experience as above.

16. Craftsman – Instrumentation:

Standard 10th pass with National Trade Certificate in trade of Instrumentation with 02 years of experience as Craftsman Instrumentation in a large Fertilizer / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in the Engineering Industry.

17. Rigger Assistant:

Standard 10th pass with 05 years of experience in Materials handling Rigging jobs and other works related to Plant / Equipment / Maintenance in large Fertilizer / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in the Engineering Industry. Should possess good physique and physical stamina.

Fee Details for FACT Recruitment Notification:-

As per the FACT Recruitment Notification:

The application fee is ₹.1180/- including GST for Managerial posts listed under S.No.1 to 14 and ₹.590/- including GST for Non-managerial posts listed under S.No. 15 to 17. SC / ST / PwBD / ESM / Internal Candidates are exempted from the application fee.

FACT Selection Process:-

As per the FACT Recruitment notification:

For Post Code 1 & 2: Based on the total marks scored in the Personal Interview. Candidates provisionally shortlisted based on the initial screening of applications will be called for personal interviews to be held at Kochi.
For Post Code 3 & 4: Based on total marks scored in Test (CBT) and Personal Interview. The test is opposed to be held at Delhi / Hyderabad / Chennai / Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi. Personal Interviews will be held at Kochi.
For Post Code 5 to 14: Based on total marks scored in Test (CBT). Group discussion and Personal Interview. The test is proposed to be held at Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai / Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi. Group Discussions / Personal Interviews will be held at Kochi.
For Post Code 14: Based on completed years of relevant experience (maximum of 02 years) and total marks scored in Test (CBT). The test is proposed to be held at Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi.
For Post Code 16: Based on total marks scored in Test (CBT) and pass in Skill Test. The test is proposed to be held at Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi. Skill tests will be conducted at Kochi.
For Post Code: Based on total marks scored in Practical Test. Candidates if required will be shortlisted based on tests / by adopting such other methods or criteria found suitable at the discretion of the Management. The tests will be held at Kochi.
