EIL Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.
1 Manager (Legal):
- Degree in Law (Full-time) with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university/institute in India.
Post-qualification experience:
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience as a Law Executive in State/central government Department(s)/Institution(s)/Undertaking(s) and/or Listed companies of repute
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in handling litigation before different Judicial/Quasi-Judicial Forums, Industrial/Labour Law matters, Arbitration and Conciliation matters, and Drafting & vetting various legal documents.
- Acquisitions & Joint Ventures will be preferred. Preference will also be given to candidates having experience in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical Industry. Candidates working in Government/Public Sector Undertaking must have a minimum of one year of experience in one level lower pay scale or equivalent.
2. Legal Officer:
- Degree in Law (Full-time) with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university/institute in India.
Post-qualification experience:
- Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience as a Law Executive in State/Central Government Department(s) / Institution(s)/Undertaking(s) and/or Listed Companies of repute.
