DRDO DGRE Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.

1. Junior Research Fellow:

• Essential Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engineering with first division both at Graduate and Post-graduate level from a recognized university (or)
• M.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech in first division with NET/GATE in Computer Engineering / Computer Science from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Programming knowledge in C / C++ / Python. Knowledge of image processing and AI. Candidate has knowledge of numerical modelling/simulation and coding experience.

2. Junior Research Fellow:

• Essential: Master’s Science in first division with NET/GATE in the field of Physics from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Candidate has knowledge of numerical modelling/simulation and coding experience.

2. Junior Research Fellow:

• Essential: M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering with first division both at Graduate and Post-graduate level from a recognized university (or)
• B.E. / B.Tech in first division with NET/GATE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Embedded Programming. Knowledge of image processing and AI.

4. Junior Research Fellow:

• M.E. / M.Tech in first division (both Graduate and Postgraduate level) in Remote Sensing / GIS / Geo-Informatics / Geomatics / Environmental Science from a recognized university. (or)
• M.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech in first division with NET/GATE in Remote Sensing / GIS / Geo-Informatics / Geomatics / Environmental Science from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Experience in fieldwork in the Himalayas. Exposure to various remote sensing image processing and GIS software viz., ERDAS ArcGIS, SNAP Tool, QGIS, etc. and Computer Programming, AI/MI-based analysis and modelling.
• Knowledge and handling SAR (Polarimetry, Hybrid Polarimetric and InSAR) data processing.
• Knowledge about geospatial modelling techniques and experience in fieldwork in snow and glacier areas.
• Spatial Data analysis using GIS software like Arc GIS/QGIS.
• Statistical modelling and spatial data analysis.

5. Junior Research Fellow:

• M.Tech or equivalent in Structures Engineering with first division both at Graduate and Post-graduate level from a recognized university (or)
• B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering with first division with NET/GATE from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Structure Analysis and Design Software (Such as STAAD Pro / ETAB) or Finite Element Analysis Software (ANSYS / ABAQUS) and capable of working in structure drawing and drafting software (such as AutoCAD or Solid Works).
