Educational Qualification Details

1. Data Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related fields from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data/Information management are preferred by recognized Universities/Institutions.
  • 2-3 years of Data management and Analysis experience, preferably in the Software or Technology industry.
  • Familiar with cleaning, coding, merging, and analyzing and complex quantitative data files in Python, R.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience in building complex SQL queries and schee building Advanced Excel/Google sheets & Macros knowledge.

2. Data Scientist:

  • B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA Degree from a recognized Universities/Institutions.
  • Post-graduation in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent technical qualification including professional certification from recognized Universities/Institutions.
  • 5-7 years of experience in data warehousing, database management and end-to-end data architecture management.
  • Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression. Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, etc.
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (Clustering, Decision tree learning, Artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, and programming languages (Java/Python, SAS).
  • Experience working with and creating data structures.
  • Two or more years of project management experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a government setting that has several concurrent projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to break down the complexity of the technical problem and provide solutions.
  • Ability to bridge the gap angst all technical and non-technical stakeholders.

3. Ethics Officer:  

  • Master’s in Management, Public Policy, Technology or a relevant field.
  • Ph.D. in relevant areas would be preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the fields of Technology Policy, Research and development, Academia and Technology and coordinating with Ethics Committees.
  • 2+ years of AI-related experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI Ethics, including familiarity with Responsible AI tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate dialogue on ethical AI practices.
  • Strong understanding of International AI Ethics standards, regulation and their relevance in the Indian context.
  • Commitment to the mission of promoting responsible AI innovation for inclusive growth and benefit democratisation.

4. Consultant – Project Management Unit (Responsible AI):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Law, Public Policy, Social Sciences.
  • A Master’s Degree in the relevant areas will be preferred.
  • 3-5 years of work experience preferably in the field of emerging technology.
  • 1+ years of experience in AI projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI ethics, including familiarity with Responsible AI tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate dialogue on ethical AI practices.
  • Strong understanding of International AI ethics standards, regulations and their relevance in the Indian context.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

5. Manager (Human Resources and Administration):

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university/Institute.
  • MBA / Post graduation in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/Institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management and General Administration, preferably in the technology or Government sector.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance within the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset to drive organisational growth and development.
  • Prior experience in managing large-scale projects and handling complex administrative tasks effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

6. Associate (General Administration):

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university/Institute.
  • 3-4 years of experience in operations management and administration in a large office set-up.
  • Knowledge of GFR and other Government processes for procurement, bidding, and administration aspects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoi t)
  • Knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of human resources management.
  • Experience with the administration process.

7. Associate (Human Resources):

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university/Institute.
  • MBA / Post graduation in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/Institution.
  • 3-4 years of experience in operations management and administration in a large office set-up.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR-related activities in a large-scale organization.
  • Knowledge of GFR and other Government processes for procurement, bidding, and administration aspects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in streamlining the onboarding process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoi t)

8. Manager (Finance and Accounts):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field from a recognized university/institution.
  • MBA or PG Diploma in Finance or related fields would be given preference.
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) is desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

10. Manager (Legal):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Candidates having a PG Diploma or Masters in Law would be given preference.
  • 7+ years of experience in law, with a focus on the areas of AI and emerging technologies.
  • Prior work experience with state or central government would be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AT and global AT developments/regulations.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

11. Manager (Marketing):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • MBA / PG in Marketing from a recognized university/institution.
  • 7+ years of work experience in Marketing, including Social Media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge about AI and global developments around AI.
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

12. India Data Officer:

  • Master’s Degree / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields from a recognized university/institute.
  • Senior executive with 15+ years of experience spread across Data Governance, Technology, Technology Policy and Industry, with demonstrated expertise in data management and instituting data governance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, technical experts, and industry partners
  • Knowledge and familiarity with domestic and global data governance and AI policy developments.

13. Data Integrity &  Audit Head:

  • Master’s Degree / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields from a recognized university/institute.
  • 10+ years of experience spread across technology, technology policy and industry, with prior experience in Data Government preferred.
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, technical experts, and industry partners
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with domestic and global AI policy developments.

14. Data Management Head:

  • Master’s Degree / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields from a recognized university/institute.
  • 10+ years of experience spread across technology, technology policy and industry, with prior experience in Data Government preferred.

15. Data Regulation Head:
