1. Upper Division Clerk:
- Eligibility: Holding the analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department. (or)
- Having 08 years of regular service in Pay Level-2 (Rs.19900 – 63200) (Pre-revised Pay Band-1, Rs.5200-20200 with GP Rs.1900) in the parent cadre/department.
