BOB Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification:
| Business Head – Gold Loan: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university recognized by AICTE/UGC/Government. Desirable qualification: MBA/Post-graduation diploma or degree in Management or its equivalent. Post-qualification work experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the BFSI Sector in handling Gold Loan portfolio. |
Bank of Baroda Recruitment Remuneration Details:

| Business Head – Gold Loan | Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark, which shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates. |
Age Limit details:
| Senior Manager – MSME Relationship | The minimum age limit will be 30 years and a maximum of 55 years |

Selection Process:
