BEL Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.
1. Engineering Assistant Trainee (Electronics & Communication):
- 3 years Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.
2. Technician ‘C’ (Electronics Mechanic / Electrical):
- SSLC + ITI + One-year Apprenticeship (or) SSLC + 3 years National Apprenticeship Certificate Course.
3. Junior Assistant (B.Com / BBM):
- B.Com / BBM (Three years course) from a recognized institution/university.

Fee Details for BEL Recruitment Notification:-
As per the BEL Recruitment 2024:
- For General/ OBC / EWS categories – ₹.250/- + (18% GST).
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
BEL Selection Process:-
As per the BEL Recruitment notification PDF:
- The candidates meeting the eligible criteria will be provisionally shortlisted for the selection process. The eligible candidates will be required to appear for the Written Test for 150 marks consisting of Part I: 50 marks – comprised of general mental ability and aptitude for logical reasoning, analytical, comprehension ability, basic numeracy, data interpretation skills and general knowledge.
- Part II: Technical / Trade Aptitude: 100 marks – consists of Technical / Trade knowledge Test with 100 questions having specific questions from respective discipline.
