BECIL Recruitment Notification Educational Qualification Details.

1. Head IT:

• Master’s Degree in (M.Tech / M.E.) in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE Or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA &
• Minimum 10 years of experience in domains such as Networking, WiFi, LAN, CCTV, VOIP, Data Centres, GeM & IT procurement, applications, and firewalls with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Or
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E./MCA) in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA &
• Minimum 10 years of experience in domains such as Networking, WiFi, LAN, CCTV, VOIP, Data Centres, GeM & IT procurement, applications, and firewalls with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Desired Qualification:

• Certificate in relevant domains.
• Knowledge of current trends and issues in the IT industry.
• Excellent leadership, management, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in managing large-scale IT projects.

BECIL Qualifications:

2. Senior Consultant (Hardware):

• Master’s Degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA &
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware and Infrastructure Management, IT hardware configuration, procurement, AD, domain, LDAP, OS knowledge, and management of systems and servers, firewalls, routers, and data centres. Or
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E./MCA) in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA &
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT hardware and Infrastructure Management, IT hardware configuration, procurement, AD, domain, LDAP, OS knowledge, and management of systems and servers, firewalls, routers, and data centres.

Desirable:

• Certification in relevant domains.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, security, GeM and other procurement processes.

• Experience in working with various switch configurations, CCTV, VoIP & server management.

• Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

3. Senior Consultant (Software):

• Master’s Degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA &

• Minimum 2 years of experience in open & proprietary software, handling and developing different with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA &
• Minimum of 04 years of experience in open & proprietary software, handling and development of different web applications, and data centres.

4. System Analyst (Hardware):

• Minimum 01 years of experience working with hardware systems, handling enterprise networks, servers, PCs, CCTV, VoIP, printers & peripherals. Or
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E./MCA) in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA &
• Minimum 03 years of experience working with hardware systems, handling enterprise networks, servers, PCs, CCTV, VoIP, printers & peripherals. Or

Desirable:

• Microsoft & open source certifications in relevant domains.
• Excellent problem-solving skills & understanding of security protocols, LDAP, firewalls etc.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

5. System Analyst (Software):

• Master’s Degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA &
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with software solutions, open & proprietary software, handling and development of different web applications, and data centres. Or
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E./MCA) in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA &

7. Desktop Support Engineer:

• Minimum 02 years experience in technical support/desktop support role, OS & software installation and hardware repairs. Or

• Working knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.

8. Asset cum Vendor Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E./MCA) in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA &
• Minimum 02 years experience in It asset management, knowledge of procurement * GeM bidding, tender preparation & inventory management. Or

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of asset management.

10. Programmer:

11. Database Admin:

14. Computer Hardware Repair / Maintenance and Networking Assistant:

• Graduate or equivalent from a recognized university or Diploma/Associate Degree in Computer Hardware Repair/Maintenance and Networking of a minimum of 02 years duration.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of LAN and WAN.

• Experience of a minimum of 05 years in the field of Hardware and Networking/Exchange Operator and CCTV Cameras etc.
