AAI Recruitment 2024: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released an official notification for filling out the Senior Assistant, and Junior Assistants positions. AAI Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:-

1. Junior Assistant (Fire Service):-

Essential Qualification:

10^th Pass + 3 years approved regular Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Fire from a recognized institution.

Or

12^th Pass (Regular Study) with pass marks.

Desirable:

Due weightage shall be given to a candidate possessing any one or more (subject to a mimimum limit of the following)

• Computer Science as a subject at 12th class leve.
• NCC ‘B’ Certificate.
• Relevant experience in an aviation / regular / industrial fire service.
• Basic Fire Fighting Training Course from AAI Fire Training Establishments. Sub Fire Officer course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.

Driving License:

1. A Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Or)
2. A Valid Medium Vehicle License issued at least of year before the date of Advertisement i.e. 30/12/2023 (Or)
3. A Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license issued two years before the date of Advertisement i.e. 30/12/2023.
4. In the case of (2) & (3) above, incumbents will be required to acquire a Heavy Duty Driving License within one year of appointment before completion of their probation period.
5. In case, they fail to acquire/obtain the Heavy Duty Driving License their probation period will be extended for one year to obtain a Heavy Duty Driving License, till such time they will not be confirmed and their increments will also be withheld. Moreover, no further extension will be granted beyond two years and their services will stand terminated.

Qualifications:

2. Senior Assistant (Operations):

Graduate with LMV Licence Diploma in Management will be preferred.

Experience: 2 years relevant experience in the concerned discipline.

3. Senior Assistant (Electronics):

Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunication / Radio Engineering.

Post-Qualification Experience:

Two years of relevant experience in the concerned discipline (in the field of Electronics / Telecommunication / Engineering).

4. Senior Assistant (Accounts):

Graduate preferably B.Com. with Computer literacy test in MS Office.

Post-Qualification Experience:

Two years of relevant experience in the field of preparation of Financial Statements, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Audit and other Finance and accounts-related field experience.

AAI Recruitment Salary Details:-

AAI Recruitment Age Limit Details:-

The candidates’ Age shall be 18 to 30 years as of 30.12.2023 and the upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.

Fee Details:-

AAI: Application fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) (Including GST) to be paid by the candidates belonging to UR, OBC, and EWS categories.

• Women / SC/ ST / Ex-Servicemen candidates / Persons with Benchmark Disabilities and also the apprentices who have completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI, as per Apprentice Act 1961 are exempted from payment of the application fee.
• Airport Authority of India will accept fees through online Net Banking / Credit Cards / Debit Cards / UPI only. Fees submitted by any other mode will not be accepted.
• For depositing the requisite fees candidates should visit the online application link hosted on the career page of the AAI website i.e. www.aai.aero under the tab “CAREERS”.

AAI Selection Process:-

1. Junior Assistant (Fire Service):

Stage 1:

Written Exam (Computer Based Test (CBT)).

Stage 2:

On passing the online Computer Based Test, shortlisted candidates shall be subject to Certificate/Document verification followed by a Medical Examination (Physical Measurement Test). Those cleared in the medical examination shall be allowed for driving test (in Light Motor Vehicle) subject to possessing a valid Light Motor Vehicle/Medium Motor Vehicle/Heavy Motor Vehicle license in original. Only by passing the driving test, the candidates will be allowed for Physical Endurance Tests (PET).

2. Junior Assistant – Office:

Written Exam (Computer Based Test – CBT)

Computer Literacy Test in MS Office.

3. Senior Assistant (Electronics):

Written Exam (Computer Based Test – CBT)

4. Senior Assistant (Accounts):

Written Exam (Computer Based Test – CBT)

Computer Literacy Test in MS Office.
